ElvUI has so many great profiles where people spent hours setting up buff/debuff tracking so you don't have to. You just need to learn what their indicators mean which goes a bit faster :) Clique lets you bind spellcasts to your mouse by clicking the raid profiles. Interface. Setting up your UI as a healer is extremely important. The main things you want to pay attention to: Make sure your frames are close to your character/your weakauras. Reducing the time eyes need to travel between the UI and the character tends to alleviate some of the stress that being a melee-healer brings.
